The Playroom Murals

Murals make a wonderful addition to any home. Some murals are sophisticated and some great for kids rooms and playrooms. Commission a little or a lot! The choice is yours! Murals are great over cribs because babies can't tear them down!

This is our Family Playroom Before. It is a bonus room above the garage but it is also attached to the rest of the house. When buying this home, this was probably the room I was most excited about because I had big visions for it and my two precious boys!

This is our Playroom After...so far...
My oldest son Branch on his Dinosaur
Jack on his Beanstalk

Cow Jumping Over the Moon!

Dr's Seuss's Cat in the Hat balancing on Charlie Brown's basketball. My son is obsessed with basketballs so one had to make an appearance.
Max hanging above from Where the Wild Things Are
Little Red Riding Hood's food gets checked out by our family pet, Dean. Brainy Smurf is having none of it!

Harold and his Purple Crayon. My husband wanted it to be "raining meatballs" from the book Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs. My goal was to cleverly get them up in the air so they weren't just random. Here is what I came up with...

Lady and the Tramp's Special Night.

Watch out Jiminy!
Tree Tops. I have plans for a night sky above.
Pirates sail in.
Winds provided by the Big Bad Wolf from The Three Little Pigs.

Captain Hook

View from our Guest Room.

There's plenty more wall to cover! Stay tuned for the wonderful characters, Robinhood, Winnie the Pooh, Mickey Mouse, Animal, and more!

  1. More excitingly, they can take turns who will sleep on the bottom and on the top. This will get them into the habit of sharing their regular activities, learning to take turns, and will benefit them as they grow up. triple bunk bed walmart
